As Fear of the Lord increases, our fear decreases

As we begin to take notice of God's Beauty and actively seek to delight in Him, our joy increases, our Fear of the Lord in his Majesty increases while our fear of  the things of this earth decreases.  When we consciously take time to build our awareness of the Christian Aesthetic, our awareness of the Holy Spirit increases.   So many times in our prayer life, we pray in our rooms or cars, heads bowed, eyes closed.  This is a description of our prayer life.  Sometimes, prayer and supplication is found on our knees, face to the feet of our Savior and rests in His Grace.   However, our Aesthetic walk with God might best be described as .....
open air, eyes open, face lifted, praying while walking or skipping, looking up to the Heavens, getting out of the house to look at the moon or stars, delighting in the sunset, stopping at the miracle of a snowflake, never tiring of counting the chestnut pattern on a siamese cat and marveling at God's color  palette.   Much of our joy is found here in our aesthetic life with God and aids us through unexpected tragedy.   The sister of Corrie Ten Boom lived through each day of the concentration camp seeing God's garden rather than the gray horror of death.  She didn't live to see freedom, but she died embracing the Beautiful of God's arms.
